Bloomsbury Home Care provides personal care, domestic assistance and social support to adults with various abilities in Essex, Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire and Suffolk.
What makes us especially unique is that we really get to know you. We have one local team leader in charge of your support and they will oversee a small team of outstanding support assistants, to ensure you get the very best support and excellent continuity. We know everyone’s needs are unique. That’s why we always begin with a free, no obligation consultation in your home to find out what your unique care needs are.

We really believe in the value of continuity. You’ll work with the same selection of support assistants for the long term, allowing each member of your local support team to really get to know you and your unique needs. Whether you need a little extra support with personal care, meal preparation or picking up your shopping - we'll be there morning, noon and night. Our role is to give you the confidence to stay comfortably, in your own home.

100% CONFIDENCE WE’LL TURN UP
If for any reason your assigned support assistant for the day cannot attend (due to a break down, family emergency or health), we’ll be alerted immediately via our alerting system. We’ll then call you to check in and send out another support assistant to you immediately.

NO LONG TERM CARE AGREEMENT

This is your plan – you own it! We’ll review it with you regularly to make sure it reflects your needs as they evolve. Our team is fully police checked, highly qualified, trained and supervised by us.

WE'RE ALSO ABOUT PREVENTATIVE HOMECARE

At Bloomsbury Home Care, we’re not just about keeping you happy and safe at home, we’re about preventative home care too. Our team is not only experienced, they are highly skilled and thoroughly vetted. They can help advise you on the extra support available and we can arrange it all for you! For example, a little occupational and physical therapy each week can help maintain your health and avoid the need for care homes in the future.
Our Support Assistants are also reliable, personable and hold either an NVQ 2 Certificate in Health & Social Care or will be working towards a RQF Qualification in line with the most recent General Social Care Council and Skills for Care guidelines.
Our NVQ 3 certified field Team Leaders monitor the standard of care delivered by each support worker and regularly visit every client to ensure you’re receiving the care and support expected.
